wow it’s been a while
after I was ill (the last post I made back in feb) I gave up. Let all my routine and goals go out the window. Ended up gaining weight since then and I’m now a bit over 9 stone.
No worries though really. Looking back at my past posts I’ve realised it’s been silly to list the foods I’ve eaten and calories in them because it wasn’t very accurate anyways.
I’ve been jogging every other day for almost a month now. Running for 20-30 minutes straight. However in my last two runs I’ve been having shin splits.
Basically this post was just to say this blog is active once more and that instead of trying to loose weight particularly, I want to first gain muscle and stamina. :)
I threw up 4 times last night and went from being freezing cold to my skin being on fire and my muscles killing me.
feel a bit wobbly and sick today as well
no exercise for me for a while until I’ve gotten over it.

It’s the first time I’ve been to town since I started this health thing and I didn’t even look at the sweets or chocolate! All I brought was a packet of gum, some face moisturizer and 2 punnet of grapes. Proud. It’s weird how a few months ago I would go into town and buy biscuits, chocolate and things without really even thinking about it. Look at me now!!
